Waffen SS collar tabs
At the same auction, there was another lot I bought with Waffen-SS collar tabs.
The two Waffen SS Temporary Camp Guard and 18th SS Panzer Grenadier Division Horst Wessel collar tabs.
The two are originals, those found in the Dachau depot.
The couple is strange, look as is handmade, for me are repros.
But I would like to hear other collectors' opinions too.
As allway, every opinion and comment is welcome.

In my opinion your gut feeling is correct. The other tabs have an excess of material to the back as well as obvious signs of glue and also the temporary camp guard tabs front is way off every original I’ve seen.

Correct, they are signs of repros.
After my search, I have found only the Dachau type,that all accepts as original.

I am not sure I understand correctly. The bottom camp guard looks good to me. The other one with the thick horizontal lines certainly not.
