    Hello.

    I don't suppose there is any chance that this M42 smock for sale is the real deal..? It's stated that the buttons are postwar-reproduction.

    I have Michael Beavers greate book on Waffen-SS camouflage uniforms but the pictures of M42-smocks are not that detailed. I 've compared it to other ones posted here on this forum but from what I understand they have been faked for 35 years!?!

    The price is suspiciously low! If you wouldn't mind sharing your opinions

    99% of the ones out there are reproduction - they haven't even got the lacing eyelets the right shape on this one!

    A low quality repro. Dimensions are wrong, real ones are huge, like this one.
