WW1 German Helmet Complete with Mail Home Label

Hi guys, since I posted up a couple of my new purchases it got me motivated to post this one up. Its all complete German WW1 M1916 with Vet Mail Home Label. Nice green color. I think its a BF64. Bought it about 2 yrs ago and was the 1st WW1 German Helmet I ever bought. One of my favorites!

CGR - Great mail home. Top shelf. Love how the ink faded to brown. Machine Gun company no less. And a great aged patina to it. Can you make out who it was addressed to? And the address itself? I always love looking up the house on Google Maps.

I do the same. I have looked up the addresses of German soldiers out of their Wehrpass, etc.

I tried to make it out with a blacklight and did it when I bought it too but have never been able to make it out. Bad writing doesn't help lol.
Just took these pics and also picked up this old WW1 Photo at an Antique Show here a few months back to have with the helmet.
