I thought it might be a Kriegsmarine too, but the white on the tri color is the same tone as the adler, could be Heer just the same.

I'd snap it up with those pics at that price, paypal would refund you if it turned out bad. It can't have been up for long with that decal on show like that. Was the seller new?

After I informed the seller that the helmet was probably worth over 2k, he was not too disappointed. He told me that he bought it two days ago for a whopping $20 bucks! I'd say both the buyer and seller got a bargain on this one. Now I feel sorry for whoever it was purchased off of the first time.
