I will defer to the decal guys but looks like it might be an EF42 with decal by Huber Jordan.

Nice helmet. It's an original HJK decal expected to be period applied on a side stamped EF M42. Lot# really is not useful here. Theory is decals were not applied once they switched from side stamped to rear stamped in late 1943. Only possible issue with this helmet is the mis matched split pins
