Looks to be an Ed Strache decal.
You should show pics of the all the helmet as some of these decals have been applied post war.
Is the helmet a M40? Which could be a red flag.

It's a late Quist helmet and would not expect to see this decal.
Post war applied in my opinion.
Agree. Should be a no decal helmet. And just goes to show why it is so important (and required as per this sections rules) to show the whole helmet as well as maker and lot number
