EF 64 M40 with toned Heer or Kriegsmarine Decal

Hello all, I'm being offered this EF 64 M40 helmet as a Kriegsmarine, but I believe it is a toned Heer. Any and all opinions are always appreciated. Thank you for looking, Mike

I agree with you that it is a Heer, not KM. But it is a quite nice example of a Heer.
