Finnish used M40

I've started to research my late Father-in-laws collection of helmets used by the Finnish army. I recently managed to take photographs of all of them to find out more. There are 5 helmets and I intend to post each one separately. I've been reading some of the old threads here and other online sources regarding Finnish helmets to help identify them correctly. I've never been very familiar with German helmets. There's certainly lots of information online but it got a bit more tricky when it came to the different liners used by the Finns.

The first one here is I believe an M40. I would welcome any observations.

This one did seem heavier than some of the other versions in the collection (Hungarian and M55). Curiously, I couldn't find a makers mark but thought it might be covered by the thick paint.

Nice helmet and interesting that it still has the original German liner and Fins have added a Chin strap to it

I think chinstrap is from Czechoslovakian m/34 helmet. That jaw-slip.

Interesting and unusual helmet.
Too bad it looks like someone had a go at "liberating" the decal.
