Agreed, looks to be quite a nice period example of a Luftschutz helmet.
If you are interested in buying it, I would suggest you ask for a decent quality close up
photo of the decal, just to be sure it is original.

Looks like a pretty nice example of a two piece luftschutz lid, cant comment if the decal is real though!...

Hi Will, if the decal is good (and I think it probably is) then it is a good helmet for the price. Leon.
