Is this Kriegsmarine helmet and decal orignal?

Hi! Im considering of buying this helmet for my collection, i wanted to make sure if this Kriegsmarine helmet and decal are orignal? Any help would be greatly aprriciated! Thank you and i hope you had a great weekend. (ps. The seller bought it for 650 euros, so hes probably selling it around that price, any opinions if its worth taking)

First red flag is the lot number, 4224 is well into the ND range, which started around lot 3500 for ET/ckl.
Also the photos are pretty horrible, if these are the only photos and you can't get better ones from the seller, I wouldn't bother pursuing this one.

Aside from that, the liner, paint and possibly chinstrap look fine.

Im sorry for the bad pictures, the seller is a older person with not so great technology skills. ND range? Does the high ND make it a reproduction?

ND = No Decal.
The helmet is not a reproduction but I'd be cautious of the decal.
But I shall wait for others to tell you what they think of the bird.

Fake decal. Like Luis says it should not have a decal with this lot nr.

In addition to Potatodigger. 2nd flag looks like it a Bigfoot Type decal which didn’t exist for the Kriegsmarine. 3rd Flag is 650 Euros. At auction I’ve picked up a cheap KM before but it’s rare. Sellers usually will sell these at a premium. Not too many bargains for the good stuff mate. Good luck on the hunt.
