Luft Hemet questionable
My friend sent me theses pics, I thinks its a repaint, and it looks like rust under the paint and lightly painted around the decal, it also looks as if they were eating a jelly doughnut and spilled jelly on the helmet and painted right over it, any thoughts on the rust and tan colors and the decal looks to have added white on the lower part of the decal. Any comments appreciated, Thanks, G

It is probably ok , I would like to see a better photo of the decal to be sure.

That's a good original decal.
Looks good to me. I would assume the black mark is a stacking ring of some sort (Maybe a Brodie sat on it for years).
Is this a Q64?

The liner and chinstrap look too good, but man, that shell looks really great!
