M16 stamped g62 - is this genuine helmet?

Hi Guys.what do you think-is this genuine as the paint is unlike any m16 helmets i have seen.it is stamped g62 inside

I doubt that the camo is original,its been spayed on.

Hi, another one to avoid my friend. The helmet itself looks like it is original, but some clown has ruined it with a spray can. That cammo is definitely not period/original. Leon.

If you get it cheap enough that modern paint would come off with mineral spirits and not hurt the apple green original underneath. Then you'd have a nice lid.
