M35 Re-Issue

Hi All,
Thought I’d share my first WW2 Helmet with you all.
Hope you like.
The chin strap has 13 holes, but someone at one stage has added 3 more.

A few more close ups ... showing Decal.
I’ve since learnt the decal is a Gustav Peiniger, which by all accounts are quite rare on re-issues!

Last Pictures .... I promise.

I had a comment stating the chin strap had been painted green in their opinion.
The picture of the strap shows a piece of shiny leather so it’s got a reflection due to the light of the original green paint on the inner rim.
I had to just clarify it hasn’t.
