M40 km et66

I've been offered the below KM M40 ET66 helmet, but the decal, chinstrap, and draw string are concerning.
My assumptions are only based on the seller's photos and will be unclear until better photos are received.
The decal, lines are too sharp, decal has gold flaking off? The eagles lines are incredibly sharp. Could be a toned heer?
Drawstring doesn't appear to be original or even the correct type.
I was told the Chinstrap is a vet addition using a DAK canteen strap.
Please let me know what your opinions are?

Chinstrap definitely looks bizarre to me.

It's pure and utter junk.
Fake decal , bad paint , bad liner.
The chinstrap is the only thing a bit believeable :-) They did use such straps on helmets.
