M42 HEER with Toned Decal or KM ?

I'm guessing the decal is toned but I thought I'd get your opinions. The helmet is an M42, FS64 number 4398. The tip of the chin strap is stamped but I can't make it out. The worst part, in my opinion, is the missing grommet. Thanks for the help.

A Heer decal. I wouldn’t really consider this one particularly toned either. See below for a good example of a toned Heer that looks a bit like a KM decal. KM decal construction differs from Heer. See the second link to Frank’s informative website below. A nice M42, but if you want a more complete one, you’d be better off spending a little more if possible.
