Default M42 Reverse Decal Beaded Combat Police Helmet

As I have said a million times, I LOVE reverse decal helmets. This one, an M42 NS66, lot # 0160, complete with an ersatz liner and not so common clear plastic strap, is one of my best. The Police decals are in reverse configuration, are in fantastic shape - the Party shield has only 2 small dings and the Adler is virtually 100% intact. The very thinly factory applied paint has some patina, and a few storage blemishes, but is nearly 100% as well. Hope you like it. Jim G.

Very rare to see a beaded M42. I have yet to come across one. Very nice one indeed!

Wow Jim, super on so many levels!
"Please", Thank You" and proper manners appreciated

Thank you for posting another rare helmet.
Can I ask if it's just my eyes or is the bead sloping down to the back of the helmet and also the rear split pin very high?
A delight to view an M42 with so much going on!

    What a fantastic helmet Jim!
Cracking decals and I thin the plastic strap suits this one.

Hi Kateri, Yes, the bead does have a downward slope from the front to the back of the shell. I have at least 20 beaded helmets and on some there is a slight slope, but the slope on this one is the most pronounced of all.
