This is the ink stamp. (or at least it looks to be from the photo)by happychicken
The liner band is also always stamped with the shell size / liner size, but I do not recommend you go poking around for that. You could bend the liner band which would not be a good thing.....

It's a smaller size than what it should be in a 64 you'd expect a 56 or 57 size stamp.
