Original liner?

Hi. Any opinions on the authenticity of the liner? The decals are bad 100%, but the paint looks ok to me. Size 65. Price 250 euros.

Chinstrap is from Hungarian m38 helmet.

Looking auctionhouse photos, helmet has 2 layers of green paint. Typical Finnish army fast paint job, they never cleaned old paint flakes underneath.
