    Default SD Heer -M35 - SE68 - Lot # 781(?)

This one was in the tranny box. Why? I have no idea. It is a complete single decal Heer (in the sun the decal has a gold tint, but I think it’s a toned Heer) in my favorite size. It’s an SE68, complete with liner and a nicely marked full length chin strap. The lot number is hard to read - maybe 781? I first thought it was one of those M35 SE’s that was factory issued to M40 specs as it has a zinc liner, but upon inspection I think it was depot refurbished. The leather in the liner has 9 tongues but is size stamped 58, and it is too small for my head (I need a size 59). What do you guys think? Anyway, here it is. Hope you like it. Jim G.

    Was thinking similar thoughts!

Either way, a nice solid reissue.
