I find on Ebay again and again Stahlhelme with a small breeze hole. All german helmets have a normal hole. I think it's a fake but it's trading at over 200 EUR on Ebay.

Chinese Fake with those air vents
We saw the same helmet in 2016, with size in the leather.

I think best to pass on this. The air vents are too small and the split pins do not look to be flat enough either. Who knows what they're trying to do with the decal.
I'm certain others will agree with this.

Garbage. No need for better photos - a one look boogered up fake. I can't believe these folks on ebay have the balls to post such junk. There must be a way to call them out. NH
Likely to be a Chinese made repro aged to fool.
My guess with regards to the decal is that it is a cheeky attempt to make it appear as though there may be some SS runes hidden underneath (judging by the shape of the covered section of decal) just waiting to be "dug out". Either that or they were such poor reproductions that the fakers decided they were best covered up.
