    Hello, i've looked everywhere and cannot find a Eickhorn Kriegsmarine sword with the 1942-? logo. Would appreciate it if you guy's can check it out for me. There are no markings anywhere except the Eickhorn logo. Thanks

    Hi Dale...this is one of Eickhorns late production period logos they used ...and i never seen one that was dated beneath this type of Logo.

    The Naval Gents will be along soon and to further examine the details of this sword.

    An authentic wartime made Eickhorn. Probably no later than 1942 as after that date the Solingen makers were focused on combat blades.

    Thank you for the response's, would this having a late Eickhorn stamp make it more uncommon?

    Less common than say the previous used mark which covered the years 1935-41, but not likely to effect value.
