Hi Comleyn ...I see no issues with it other than condition.
The swordsmen here will also chime in soon.

Original and no issue with authenticity. This Eickhorn pattern has pot metal hilt construction and did not take plating very well. It is rare to see a Prinz Eugen with perfect gilding. Eickhorn trademark is the post-1941 "Over the Shoulder" Eickhorn Squirrel version. It is a harder sword to locate. This one should have a 32” blade. If you get for good price and don’t mind gilding loss they are well designed pieces.

beautiful swords guys
Well they are collectible for sure, but having one without the gilding, well that would reflect in its price.
IMO the one you show would be worth max. 650 usd, to be honest its not looking well without the gilding.
I sold mine in top condition with all the gilt for 900 euro.
be aware that you will be stuck with it for a long time, as no advanced collector will ever buy a sword in a condition like this one.
So pay little or search for a better one.
