    The shield marking is for Clemen & Jung, Solingen.

    Very cool sword!!!!!

    It looks like a very nice cavalry officer's sword. From the black (celluloid ?) grip and what seems to be a generic type etch, I'm going to guess that it could be from after WW I. FP
