the worst part is that i don`t remember what the marking is (wtc?).
don`t have the slightest clue!
i have made the mistake of not keeping track of the description of what i have bought.

Hi, Judging by the hilt pattern, I think that Maximus is correct. Hoever, try looking under the langet on either side of the blade and see if you can make out either a logo or set of initials (WKC - Knight's Helm). WKC use either side of the blade for their marks but also sold unmarked swords. If the top of the blade is rusty try cleaning under the langets with an ice lollipop stick and a touch of metal polish. The wood will not damage the blade and the polish should make the trade mark visible to the naked eye or a spy glass. Give it a try, it works.
