Yo G ....the Ops sword is an NCO sword...which only SS and Police officer degens have the metal vertical strap on the reverse of the grip.
@ Ryszard ,.... Someone pried out the grip eagle and is possible that the missing pommel cap had an optionally purchased SS runes and may be the reason why that is missing as well along with the grip eagle.
This sword is messed with and not sure of the authenticity of the blade in the photos provided.
WKC is correct for this NCO sword.

WKC is the only one that has the double runes on the blade.
Like Larry said this Degen has been de nazified.
The SS runes button and grip emblem are removed as shown.
