Cannot Upload photos

Hello,
I have been given advice by other members but I still cannot show any of my bits an pieces.
Every time I attempt to upload it the little rotational symbol keeps rotating and that is it. I have tried one at a time still the same. I have Windows 7 Operating system.
Any ideas?

maybe the size of the pictures you're trying to upload are a bit on the big side which can cause problems ???
