Different ways of uploading photos?

Sorry, just a question for the technical members of the forum - does uploading photos using the dedicated pictures upload wizard upload them in a better quality compared to the 'quick' way of uploading them (see attachment).

No not really, the quick way (one pic at a time) makes it easier to whack in a line of text underneath the photo.

I always wondered how to whack in a quick line of text underneath. That is why all my posts are text first and then pictures
