Agreed. Don't panic Michael - i don't think anything malicious is being installed on your PC or phone.
But, the CPU beating is not good!
It does need sorting, but i reckon Dimas will be on this.
    Thanks gents

The concern is as noted. It is real bad for the CPU and over time could fry it. On phones it is worse as it not only hurts the GPU but over heats the battery which could permanently damage it.

And yes.... I know Dimas and team are hard at work and will get to the bottom of this

Just want people to know be aware given the potential damage

How do I check the power draw on my CPU?

My CPU power draw more than doubles when I'm on MRF. It was running
at about 15 - 22% but when I log in here, it jumps to 52-60%. I have not
noticed any real slow downs for a while now.

Just a visual of CPU usage on my PC. It goes up and down. My PC is pretty new with a powerful processor and more than enough RAM.

But it is still too dangerous to use my cell phone. Battery as noted visually drops as you look at it and the phone gets HOT!

My CPU usage at work is running 70% with WRF open and 20% with it not open. I left Firefox open and only closed the WRF tab. I have 4 other tabs open.
