It's just dawned on me that i don't seem to get reputation comment notifications any more, not the end of the world but i like to thank people. End of moan!...

Actually I have a question. There used to but a button under someones profile to add Reputational points. It's no longer there. How do you do this now??

Ahhh.....Thanks glenn. Don't know how I missed that. It was different months ago if I remember correctly.

Now I know why I don't get them anymore, it's so hard to see

I started reading this thread with no idea what it was about! I must have missed the explanation somewhere along the line.

Now I have a clue but I must admit that whilst the "thanks" option is fairly self explanatory I don't really understand the significance of the "like" option. I have looked around the site but can't see an explanation. Anyone care to educate me as I hate to think I am not fully participating in this way?

I click "Like" when I like and/or agree with the information in the post...
I click "Thanks" when I've learned something new, or when I've been complimented...
