So far it seems to be happening with WRF. However, today this page has worked better

Have you physically run your anti virus system ...usually ...when I open my anti virus ...sometimes a message pops up that the computer need s to restart which is related to the anti virus.
When you first turn on your computer ...does an internet web page open up as well after it starts? ...you may want to close that page and repopen it...I have noticed on my computer that a page opens and runs slower ...I close and reopen and its fast again.
Just a few thoughts.

For what it's worth, update the systems browser and investigate in the settings area whether MS updates are pending / or needed..
The last couple days, the forum has been running just slightly slower for me also.
The only time it's really noticeable is when I post something. It seems to take
a little bit longer than normal to load.
