Unable to post website links

I've noticed over the past few weeks i have been unable to post links to other websites, when i post a website address and press the post button i keep getting a page that says War Relics Forum not working???

I've had the same problem several times.

It only happens with some sites, while others are no problem.

The problem appears to occur only with https links.

I'm bringing this back on top, as it bugs me more and more. As said above, it is not possible to post a "https" link.

Isn't there some way to fix it?

Is it possibly due to the encryption on https vs the non encrypted http?
I guess that would be in Dimas's ball park!

As far as I can tell, it happens with any "https" site. Random example:

https://de.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Hauptseite

If I just try to post the link, it doesn't work and I only get a blank page when I click "Submit reply"(when trying to make a new post) or "Save" (when adding it to an existing post).

(I just tried both once again.)
