At first glance I'd say it's another Eastern European fake, as seen all over Ebay...Any markings?

With the key on the top, it is attempting to represent a ring belonging to a member of the Liebstandarte AH. The key was a divisional symbol. Unfortunately, this ring came in to being long after the LAH no longer existed.
