Combined specialist badge
Hi
Can anyone tell me whether these badges were only worn by officers or could they be worn by privates as well? I have a 1980s Soviet privates jacket in very nice condition with badges. The guy I bought it off also had some Russian metal badges which were taken off the jacket but he couldn't remember exactly which ones. It has a VLKSM badge, military sports badge, level 2 running badge and excellence in the army. I also bought this badge and wander off it may also have come off this jacket? I want to get it historically accurate.
