    Very nice set James!

    I haven't ever seen South Africa use this sort of pattern, but there's a first time for everything.
    Is the South African Amoeba pattern a direct copy of the Soviet one?

    Your welcome Danijla ,I wouldn't say it was a direct copy of the Soviet MKK but the colourways used for the two season types of this pattern is very similar

    Danijla here is a comparison between the Soviet pattern helmet cover albeit in reproduction form and the SA pattern cover ,The inspiration of the South African Amoeba pattern for the helmet Covers was based off the paint scheme pattern of the SAAF Mirage Fighter Jets of that time period A couple of different AMOEBA camo'sA couple of different AMOEBA camo's
