Definitive Thread M35 Gymnasterka Pockets
Hi. I don't post much on this forum, but I plan to start especially when it comes to WW2 Soviet uniforms.
I can't find the definitive threads on M35 Gym pockets on this forum. I have searched this forum and some threads on the anatomy of M43 (including pockets). I found one on another forum, but not here. That thread discussed the 1958 construction workers gym attributes and how they can be mistaken for M35/41s.
If there is a definitive thread on the anotomy of M35/41 gyms and pockets on this forum? If not, I would like to start one here. I have been searching for many years and have come with some pictures on some variations.

Thank you for the response and the good discussion. He are some more later examples. Check out how the male and female internal pocket (IMO) compare. The external pocket gyms contrast more clearly than the internal ones especially when they are filled with paperwork.
