Ink Stamps Inside Early Tunic - Translations Please

This set of stamps are inside an early Air Force tunic. Can anyone provide a translation or background on them?

I think I read for the 3rd line "Им Ка.." then indistinct (this is probably the individual(s) the factory is named after).

Then below it:

ВОЕНТОРГ
Ка.??
Г. ???Я 7

That is a long, long shot because the letters look different in both pics!
