need help on this telogreika

I recently bought this telogreika and it is a question to me. Color is light grey, it has loops for shoulder bourds. The stamps inside are not saying anything to me.
Can some one indentify this telogreika ?
Is it post war or maybe world war 2 ?

Buttons are for Bulgarian army. Construction is wrong for a russian, color (although there were a lot of shades for the russian, also gray...), markings... Everything in my opinion is not correct for a ww2 pattern telogreika of Rkka.
