Pre War Soviet Naval Belt Buckle - Units Search

Hi everyone!
Is there a way to find out which units (divisions) had this
buckle model?



Seems like a long shot, i know, but given the type of the buckle
I though i give it a shot.

Any info someone can offer would be much appreciated.

I don't think unit specific buckles existed in the USSR, at least none that I've seen. I think its more of a thing of the past like the 19th century and such.
