Definitely post-war. I cannot determine whether it is light or heavy metal+brass (which would mean either 1960s of 1950s), but in any case the prongs style clearly point to a post-war issue. It is however difficult to date with absolute certainty camo stars - here just a few examples from my collection. I am sort of confident that the one with the two holes for sewing on the pilotka is a war-period type, but feel uncertain about all others. The green enamel ones although very beautiful were never officially approved and as of today I am to find a single source that proves they were even ever worn.

I have a magnetic steel version of this type of star which tells me 1940's.
