Just wondering on unit is it Artillery My first thought and also what year / age

It clearly says 1974. The shoulderboards with one stripe and 2 stars is for Lieutenant and the collar insignia makes it airforce. I am not familiar with late Soviet shoulderboards so I do not know if these are correct/match with the collar insignia. Would be interesting to learn more on this
