strange Gymnastyorka - help appreciated !

Hi friends,
found pics of this Gymnastyorka jacket in the net. For me its strange. The branch insignia on the shoulder boards for motorized rifle are the ones post 1973, I think. Note also the ribbon bar: among others I see medals for 50 years of ussr army (1967), 60 years of ussr army (1977), 70 years of ussr army (1987). The ribbon bar is sewn on. I tought the Gymnastyorka jackets were replaced by the M69 field uniform and wear of the Gymnatsyorka jackets was finally forbidden in 1972. So is the Gymnastyorka shown a product of fantasy ?
