Tannu Tuva uniforms /insignia 1935-41?

Anyone come across any info about the Tannu Tuva army? 1 inf reg of unknown strength and a cavalry sqd.I would guess Soviet uniforms and (highly likely) insignia used-red collar patches etc,Dave.
