Wartime overcoat?

Article about: Could this be a wartime production? The stamp above the rectangular stamp looks like 94 which could be the middle numbers of the year stamp (X94X).

    Thanks for all the replies!
I will add couple more pictures of the buttons, small buttons are from the rear of the coat and the loose button I found from one of the pockets and it is exactly like the 10 buttons in front of the coat.

This is model 1941 for peace time or everyday wear ( however produced and worn in field) M 41 field for war time is similar to the enlisted and has been first produced in khaki, then after 43 year all of the enlisted personnel get the khaki coats too. Your overcoat can be a war time issue, but most probably a early postwar.
This shinel discontinued to use in 1949 in airforces and armored troops and in 1952 in all branch services. ( changed to the NKVD and Navy style 6 row buttons)
