This one was sewn for historical parade on Red Square in 1967 - 50 anniversary of Great October Socialist Revolution.

Yes this is for NKVD, 6 button type, unfortunately the first picture does not show them all ( under the collar) but this is only for NKVD troops, internal troops of NKVD and field NKVD troops use normal army greatcoats.
