    Greetings all,

I hope everyone is well during these trying times.

I have not had much time to devote to our great hobby but always keep my eyes open and have picked up some Australian gear.

I have happily stumbled upon a great pair of Australian boots by 'Blundstone'. Size 9. No clear date but I believe these are WWII era. There is a broad arrow over a 'H'.

These are in fantastic condition and hardly worn. The condition of this leather makes them the nicest pair I own.

Lovely pair, I'd date them to 1944, it's the jungle boot and certainly WW2.
God knows how these boots got broken in! must take months!!! even doing the hard yards!

    Great find Chris.
Rene, when did manufacturers names change to codes? I thought it was about 41-42?

Blunnies did their own thing, not on the main land. I've had a bunch of them.
