Yes it is, made by the "Commonwealth Government Clothing Factory" and the type issued during the Vietnam war period. Here's a lazy display of the set for you.

Ive got similar , Unused one, Note on the Name Tag how they used to tear / rip the name tag label before it went to surplus.

Referred to as 'Greens' in our army-while they were primarily a field uniform, they could also be starched and pressed as a parade uniform with the black polished web belt and brass, highly polished boots etc.
A nice Jungle Green shirt.
