Need Help! CBI Pilot Uniform 10th USAAF

Recently I got this CBI Pilot jacket and Im having a hard time trying to discover the Pilot's name and any other info. Appreciate if anyone here could help me with this tough mission

I guess it is open to interpretation but I translate this as J.R. Lache

Just found a name related to Hump Pilots... Glen R Lucke, but no further info till now.

I agree. When you zoom in on it it does look like a cursive G.
And that is a great looking AAF CBI officers jacket

I also agree with the first letter being a "G."

To me the name looks like it could be J.R. Gaebe. There is a James R. Gaebe in NARA but I don't believe he is your man. Other cursory searches indicate he attained the rank of SGT.
