Officer's Mess Dress 3rd Carabiniers

I already had a visor cap for this regiment, so I thought the mess dress would be a good acquisition. The tailor's label reads Capt. P.W.E. Maxwell, although the rank on the epaulettes is for major. Era is the 1950's-60's and the size is quite small, about a 36.
