There_is_only_ evidence_of_there_being_patches_on_and_removed_fro m_one_arm.Is_this_a_normal_occurrence?I_thought_on _British_commonwealth_attire_they_had_both_arms_ma tching_with_insignia?Sorry_I'm_still_a_"L"plater.. ..with_this_type_of_thing.

As it has sergeant stripes on one sleeve, perhaps it has been messed with, as it is named to a LT. Having insignia on one arm is seen used by the colonies, not sure if the Aussies did it, but I think the NZ did it.
