Here is the photo from that site showing the Forest Green uniform US Naval Aviators wore.
So Phil, It is Not a USMC Alpha dress Jacket.
It is missing a strip across the sleeve, Ensigns have 1 strip, But Not my specialty and I don't have an answer to that, Possibly a never issued jacket. Or a Naval Aviation Cadet??????
